It was a lifelong dream for me and three years of collaboration with Sandale Fabrication to build my dream car.
Along with Cahill Autobody, Omar’s Designs and Peter Tetrault the dream was realized in 2010.
Cahill Autobody did the body work and painting. They added a distinctive twosome of inner
fenders and smoothed the firewall. The engine cover is also compliments of the fabricators at Cahill. The paint was a custom mix and if you look closely, you’ll see the car is two shades of gray. Omar Gautron crafted the beautiful two-tone seating.
And Peter Tetrault was called in for the custom pinstriping.
Under the hood you’ll find a stock GMPP LS2 engine with enough power to make it a fun ride.
Shadow made its debut in 2010 at the World of Wheels in Winnipeg where it snagged Best
Manitoba Entry, Best Custom, and Outstanding Display. Since then, the car has been
showcased at Car Craft Summer Nationals where it received Top Ten in show and Perfect Paint.
To date it has won a prize in every show it’s been entered. This is all thanks to the incredibly
talented team who worked on this project.
